Membership
Membership is open to all individuals and legal entities who freely and voluntarily express their interest in joining. It is essential that they share an interest in and align with the objectives of our association, as well as maintain a direct or indirect connection to the provision of services in the real estate sector. Members must meet all the requirements outlined in ABINI's Statutes and any applicable internal regulations. Legal entities must appoint an individual to represent them within the Association.

What services does ABINI offer its members?
ABINI provides a networking platform, access to continuous training, updates on legislative changes and support for the professional development of real estate agents. It also serves as a spokesperson for its members with government institutions.
How can I join ABINI?
Individuals or legal entities that meet the requirements established by the association’s statutes may apply for admission. The application is reviewed annually at the General Assembly, where the inclusion of new members is voted on anonymously.
What are the requirements to become a member?
Applicants must meet several criteria, such as holding a higher education degree, demonstrating at least five years of experience in the real estate sector and complying with current regulations on anti-money laundering and data protection, among others.

Currently, ABINI is made up of 36 real estate companies operating across 66 offices throughout the Balearic Islands.
